You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
For subscription renewals:
- Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable.
- Annual renewals can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the renewal date.
If a refund is issued, your subscription ends immediately and you'll lose access to the paid features included with your plan.
We may also provide refunds or credits for billing errors, duplicate charges, or material issues with the service.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
